Wait Time
At All State Limousines, all flight arrival times are updated in real time. Our information is only as reliable as the data provided by airlines and airports. Once you have contacted our office, wait time will start:
- 45 minutes for domestic flights
- 90 minutes for international flights
- Or at a time otherwise designated by the All State Limousines dispatcher
Wait time will be billed at the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle plus any additional charges.
For all point-to-point reservations, there is a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pick-up time. Wait time charges will begin once that grace period has passed or at a time designated by our dispatcher. Charges will be billed at the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle plus additional charges.
Terminal 5 (JFK) Policy
- Inside waiting service is not available for Terminal 5 arrivals.
- As per our policy and traffic conditions, the driver will wait in the departure area.
- Once the passenger has collected their luggage and is ready for pickup, they must contact the driver for a smooth and prompt transfer.
- Driver and vehicle details, including a contact number, will be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Additional Charges
Any reservation with pick-ups during the hours of 11:59 PM EST – 8:00 AM EST will incur an early/late fee (subject to change).
Additional fees apply for:
- Pickups or stops beyond the first stop
- Pickups from all piers/cruise terminals and airports
- Airport-to-airport transfers
- Parking fees, determined by the airport
- Fuel and service transportation charges (subject to change based on current rates)
- Holiday surcharges (variable)
Change Policy
All changes must be requested by phone at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Changes cannot be made with our chauffeurs. If a change results in cancellation and cannot be accommodated, the client will be charged 100% of the fare, including a 20% service fee.
Cancellation Policy / No-Show Fees
- All cancellations must be made by phone only. Email or text cancellations are not accepted.
- For sedans:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup (U.S. domestic) or less than 48 hours (international) will be charged the full fare.
- Reservations are considered “no-shows” if a client has not contacted our office or met their chauffeur within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time. In such cases, the full fare plus additional charges will apply.
- All State Limousines is not responsible for delays due to traffic, flight delays, road closures, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Service Termination Policy
All State Limousines reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund if:
- The client or any party member is deemed to be in danger of injury or causing a safety risk.
- The client possesses illegal substances or materials.
- Misconduct occurs inside the vehicle, as determined by the chauffeur.
Accounting & Billing
- All charges are billed to the customer’s credit card or corporate account.
- Pre-authorization occurs 48-72 hours before the trip date; full payment is processed after trip completion.
- Cash payments must be settled at the office at least 10 days before the trip.
- Hourly trips are billed based on the total hours reserved, with additional time billed in ½-hour increments.
- A deposit is required for hourly reservations and is non-refundable (unless converted into credit at the company’s discretion).
Service / Wait & Return Limo Service
- Hourly trips are billed based on the reserved hours, with minimum hourly requirements per vehicle (please check with our office).
- All policies apply to prom, wedding, and wait-and-return services.
